This (pocket) calculator is the highlight of my collection. Space-age
design and an inner works, that leaves no wishes open.
Not only, that each digit is displayed by a discrete 8 digit VF tube
(the 8th segment is only used for the digit "4"), not only, that each
of the three circuit boards is connected via a golden connector board,
no, the most outlayed thing is the keypad: Each key has got a permant
magnet attached onto it and switches a reed contact without any direct
contact. Truly a design, which is made for eternity.
