WatchCheck
New in the Android market:
WatchCheck is a small Android app, which can easily check the precision of your watch. And if your
mobile is online, you can even use atomic precision time (ntp) as reference time.
And so does it work:

select the watch (or use the same one as last time) |

set the time of the watch to check - to the next full minute
When it is reached, just press 'measure' |

provide details, acknowledge and your're done! |

After a few measures, you can get the protocol, with the deviations shown in seconds per day:
There are also possibilities to export and import the data - either for backup purposes or to manually correct the logs:
