Description
The movement shown here is a quality movement with a diameter of 8 3/4 lignes.
It has got a Guillaume screw balance, a cock for the anchor wheel and seven jewels, which are beared
in Chatons. The decoration with Geneva stripes adds an even more pleasant apperance to it.
Unfortunately, this movement is not marked at all, but according to the shape of the
setting lever spring, it is almost 100% identical to a Doxa caliber 4. Maybe, the movement shown
here is one of its precessors.
I'd be glad if someone could finally identify it.
