Description
The DuRoWe caliber 585 is a yet modern constructed but not a cheap movement from Pforzheim
in Germany. It was probably made in the 1960ies and offers the usual indications of time
(hour, minute, second) and date (with semi-fast correction).
The ring balance is secured in two inhouse "Duro-Swing" protection systems. She beats with slow
18000 A/h. The hairspring stud is fixed on the balance cock and there's no long regulating arm, which
makes the regulation process a little bit difficult.
The center second hand is directly driven, as well, as the center minute wheel.
On the dial side, you find a yoke winding mechanism.
