INT AS 1977-2 / Dugena 2132
|
Description
"INT" was the trademark of the takeover of the DuRoWe by the swiss Ebauches S.A.. So, this hallmarks was mostly used on former DuRoWe movements. The INT AS 1977-2 shown here clearly not belongs to the DuRoWe, and it is not clear, why it carries the INT hallmark and not the AS hallmark. Its brigdes and balance cock are identical to the AS 1977-2 and so differ a lot to the DuRoWe 1977-4.
The INT AS 1977-2 is a typical small ladies' form movement with a pallet lever escapement. Its ring balance is beared in two Incabloc shock protection systems, the hairspring is connected to a moveable stud and its length can be corrected by the hairspring key only.
The movement is constructed in a classical way with a directly driven center minute hand. You won't find any decoration here, this is due to the seventies, when the rise of quartz watches caused lots of trouble to the makers of mechanical movements.

On the dial side, you see the familiar picture with yoke winding systems, servicing holes and the large Incablock shock protection.
Dugena named this movement "Dugena 2132".
