The Timex M24 was the base mens' watch movement. As simplest version,
it hat no second hand. As usual, it contained no jewels and could only
be serviced from the dial side.
Those movement are still ticking strong after three decades.

Over the years, the movement was modified. On this old version from 1963, the movement plate was pretty closed, but at least since 1968, it had move holes, just like a swiss cheese.
